You can create an account through different sections of our website, but we recommend using the pop-up window or sidebar panel to sign up. This allows you to register your account and subscribe to our email list at the same time.

You can log in using your registered email address or through supported third party options, including Google, Facebook, and Shop.
These options make it faster and more convenient to access your account.
Welcome Discount
Our exclusive welcome 10% discount is available only to new customers who register and subscribe through the website pop-up or sidebar panel.
 • The discount is valid only on your first order as a new customer.
 • When you receive your welcome email, simply click the “Claim your discount now” button. Your discount code will be automatically applied to your shopping cart at checkout.
 • If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
Please note that sign-ups through other channels, including third-party logins, are not eligible for the welcome discount.

Updating Your Shipping Address
You can update your shipping address at any time by logging into your account:
 • Click the Person icon at the top right corner of the page.
 • Go to "Profile".
• Click the pencil icon next to your address to edit it.
Managing Payment Methods
For security reasons, we do not collect or store your payment details in your account. 
At checkout, you may select your preferred payment method from the options available. If you choose to pay with a digital wallet (such as Shop Pay, PayPal, or Apple Pay), any saved payment information is managed securely by that platform and not by our website.
Account Deletion or Deactivation
To request account deletion or deactivation, please contact our Customer Service team. We will help process your request as quickly as possible.
Please note: Once your account is deleted, all order history, earned points and saved preferences will be permanently removed and cannot be restored.
