Cancellations

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order after it has been placed. While we strive to process and ship orders quickly, we will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests if the order has not yet been fulfilled.

When Cancellation Is Possible
• Orders may be cancelled only if they have not been packed or shipped.
• Once your order has been prepared for shipment or dispatched, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.

Pre-Orders
All pre-orders are final and cannot be cancelled or modified once placed. When you placed a pre-order, you are reserving upcoming merchandise in advance and committing to the purchase.

How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible with your order number. We’ll review your request and let you know if it can be processed.
