Rewards & Points System
Our rewards program lets members earn points on every order. These points can later be redeemed for discounts or special perks.

Here’s how it works:
• 🎉 2,000 points for signing up as a new member
• 💵 100 points for every $1 spent on eligible purchases
• 🛒 Earn additional bonus points during special events and promotions

Points never expire. They stay in your Rewards Account until you choose to redeem them on eligible items.

Referral Rewards
We love it when you share the fun! Invite your friends and enjoy the rewards together：
• You’ll earn 2,000 points once they register 
• Your friend will also get 2,000 points as a welcome bonus
• Invite as many friends as you’d like. There’s no limit!

Redeeming Rewards
Simply log in to your Rewards Account, navigate to the Rewards section, and browse the available offers. 

Once redeemed, your coupon will either be automatically applied at checkout or be available for you to apply manually.

Please note: Rewards coupons cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or codes. Only one offer can be used per order.

Points Management
• Points are added to your account after your order is fulfilled (packed, shipped, and marked as completed).
• When an item is returned or refunded, only the points earned from that item will be deducted. Points from other items in the same order will not be affected. 
• Redeeming rewards will lower your points balance, which you can track anytime in your Rewards Account.
