Order Tracking

We want to keep you informed about your orders every step of the way. This section explains how you can track your shipment and where to go if you need additional support.

Ways to Track Your Order

• Customer Account Portal
If you have an account, you can log in and go to the "My Orders" section to view your order history, shipment status, and tracking details.

• Using the chat
You can track your order through the chat box located at the bottom right corner of our website. Select "Track My Order", enter your order number and email address to see your current order status along with a tracking link to view detailed shipping updates.

• Shop App 
You can also track your order using the Shop app, Shopify’s official shopping assistant app. Once linked, your orders can be viewed and tracked directly in the app.

Placing an Order
Orders can be placed directly through our official website, which is the fastest and most secure way to shop with us. If you need assistance during checkout, please contact our Customer Service team.

Guest Checkout
Guest checkout is available for convenience, but it does not include quick access to order tracking, order details, or purchase history.

Order Information in Your Account
When you log in to "My Account," you can view your full order history, including order numbers, purchased items, and current order status. Shipping updates and invoices are also automatically sent to your registered email after each purchase.

Shopping Cart & Wishlist Policy
You can save items for later by clicking the “Add to Wishlist” button on the product detail page. This allows you to keep track of items you’re interested in. Saved items can be viewed anytime in your account.

When you’re ready to purchase, simply click “Add to Cart +” from your Wishlist or directly from the product page. The item(s) will then appear in your shopping cart, where you can:
• Review the items you’ve selected
• Update quantities or remove items
• Proceed to checkout when you’re ready

Please note: Adding an item to your Wishlist or Cart does not reserve inventory. Availability is confirmed only after checkout is completed.
