Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $75 (calculated after discounts and before taxes).
The total is calculated based on the combined value of items in your cart at checkout.
For orders under $75, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, the status will update to “On its way”, and you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can also view tracking details in your account under "My Orders", or by using the "Track My Order" option in the chat box on our website.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen:
• In-stock items: typically 1–5 business days within the U.S.
• Backorder items: fulfillment usually takes 4–6 weeks, depending on product availability. Items will ship as soon as they become available, and we will keep you updated along the way.
